公司MEMS工艺开发业务是指根据客户提供的芯片设计方案,以满足产品性能、实现产品“可生产性”以及平衡经济效益为目标,利用工艺技术储备及项目开发经验,进行产品制造工艺流程的开发,为客户提供定制的产品制造流程。  公司MEMS晶圆制造业务是指在完成MEMS芯片的工艺开发,实现产品设计固化、生产流程固化后,为客户提供批量晶圆制造服务。  MEMS是指利用半导体生产工艺构造的集微传感器、信号处理和控制电路、微执行器、通讯接口和电源等部件于一体的微米至毫米尺寸的微型器件或系统;MEMS将电子系统与周围环境有机结合在一起,微传感器接收运动、光、热、声、磁等信号,信号再被转换成电子系统能够识别、处理的电信号,部分MEMS器件可通过微执行器实现对外部介质的操作功能。  公司能够制造流量、红外、加速度、压力、惯性等多种传感器,微流体、微超声、微镜、光开关、高性能陀螺、硅麦克风、射频等多种器件以及各种MEMS基本结构模块,公司MEMS晶圆产品的终端应用涵盖了通讯、生物医疗、工业及科学、消费电子等领域。  经营模式:以成熟商业化运营的MEMS产线为基础,以专业技术及生产团队、核心专利技术、核心工艺设备、十几年400余项工艺开发项目经验为条件,通过为客户开发并确定特定MEMS芯片的工艺及制造流程获得工艺开发收入,通过为客户批量制造MEMS晶圆获得代工生产收入。  所处的行业地位:公司全资子公司瑞典Silex是全球领先的纯MEMS代工企业,服务于全球各领域巨头厂商,且公司正在北京推进建设“8英寸MEMS国际代工线建设项目”,有望继续保持纯MEMS代工的全球领先地位。根据世界权威半导体市场研究机构YoleDevelopment的统计数据,2012年至今,Silex在全球MEMS代工厂营收排名中一直位居前五,在纯代工领域则位居第二,与意法半导体(STMicroelectronics)、TELEDYNEDALSA、台积电(TSMC)、索尼(SONY)等厂商持续竞争,长期保持在全球MEMS晶圆代工第一梯队。
